- Agency Background: Solid experience in agency account management within events, experiential, or live communications.
- Commercial Savvy: Proven track record managing account budgets, forecasts, and revenue tracking.
- Growth Mindset: Ability to nurture accounts, spot cross-selling opportunities, and assist with pitches/RFIs.
- Operational Drive: Sharp organizational skills to collaborate with creative/production teams and deliver on brief.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as day-to-day strategic lead across key accounts, building deep client trust.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution and high client satisfaction.
- Manage account budgets, financial reporting, and organic growth strategies.
- Support pitches, RFIs, and onboarding for new client accounts.
