About the role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Account Director to support the day-to-day running of a dynamic supermarket account. Acting as a key liaison between our client and internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless communication, strategic alignment, and flawless delivery. This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments—particularly those where brand, culture and creativity intersect. You’ll help drive business growth for both our client and our agency, playing a central role in delivering standout social-first content.
The job
- Managing the BAU social media content workstream ensuring high-quality output is delivered on time and on budget, including: Studios content, Reactive content and memes, Influencer content, Design content
- Leading the delivery of multi-channel, always-on social media and influencer campaigns, from briefing through to delivery.
- Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver world-class social content and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Providing strategic guidance on paid social support, working closely with media agency partners to maximise performance.
- Supporting campaigns with award-worthy creative thinking, using insights and performance data to inform recommendations.
- Collaborating across Creative, Strategy, Production and Influencer teams to deliver integrated work.
- Managing timelines, budgets, scope, suppliers and partners to ensure work is delivered efficiently and commercially.
- Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts through proactive thinking and strategic recommendations.

What we are looking for
- Experience working in an agency setting with consumer brands, delivering always-on social media and influencer campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid social, reporting and performance insights, with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
- Confidence building and managing client relationships, including with senior stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow accounts and deliver against business objectives.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets, timelines and deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Creative, Strategy, Production and Influencer teams, as well as manage external partners and suppliers.
- A genuine passion for digital culture, social media platforms and emerging reactive trends.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with confidence communicating to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable attending shoots, providing creative feedback and supporting client liaison on set.
Bonus Skills & Experience
- Experience with ambassador programmes, influencer partnerships, brand activations or events is desirable.
- Experience working with FMCG brands and knowledge of HFSS regulations affecting social and influencer activity is desirable.
- Familiarity with project management and financial tools such as Productive or Asana is desirable.
- Experience supporting or developing junior team members is desirable.
