About the Company

Are you an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who loves building strong client relationships, delivering creative campaigns and making things happen? We're working with an independent agency to find an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative agency delivering integrated marketing and communications for a range of well-known brands! Whether you're an established Account Manager ready to take the next step or a Senior Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge, we're keen to hear from people who combine strong client management skills with a passion for great creative work.

Description

You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, developing accounts and ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered seamlessly, from initial brief through to final execution.

  • Working closely with clients and internal creative, digital, planning and production teams, you'll take ownership of projects, keep everything on track and ensure clients receive an excellent level of service.
  • The level of responsibility will reflect your experience, with the opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to take greater ownership of client relationships, lead projects and support the development of more junior team members.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, building strong, trusted partnerships.
  • Take ownership of client briefs, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and communicated to internal teams.
  • Coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across creative, digital, social, CRM and other relevant channels.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring work is delivered on time and to brief.
  • Work collaboratively with creative, digital, strategy and production teams to deliver engaging and effective campaigns.
  • Prepare and present client updates, campaign proposals, reports and presentations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value, develop accounts and strengthen client relationships.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reviews, reporting and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining excellent attention to detail and communication throughout.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and commercially aware Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and takes pride in delivering great work for clients.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or similar client-facing role within a creative, marketing or integrated agency.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage briefs, budgets, timelines and expectations effectively.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership of projects.
  • A genuine interest in creative marketing and delivering work that makes a difference.

Remuneration

£32-44k depending on experience

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 remote
