Role Description
Senior Account Manager - Live Events - Full-Time role, based in Chiswick - hybrid working model.
The Senior Account Manager builds and develops strong, trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, consistency, and long-term partnership growth.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
You will take ownership of projects and support the wider account strategy, contributing to retention, growth, and profitability targets.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and commercial awareness, alongside the ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

This role includes onsite delivery of events and international travel where required for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Act as a primary day-to-day client contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication across all projects.
- Deliver consistently high-quality work to support long-term client relationships and ongoing contracts.
- Identify opportunities within accounts and support the development of new project scopes and revenue streams.
- Manage individual project budgets, monitor spend, and ensure projects deliver against margin expectations.
- Maintain accurate financial tracking, revenue forecasting, and project reporting, feeding into senior leadership updates.
- Support pitches and proposals, contributing relevant experience, commercial thinking, and delivery planning.
- Take the lead in the development of client proposals in collaboration with Creative, Production, and Client Services teams.
- Maintain a clear overview of all live projects, ensuring risks are identified early and managed effectively.
- Own key project documentation including budgets, timelines, meeting notes, post-project reports, and critical paths.
- Drive internal and external meetings, ensuring clear actions, ownership, and follow-up are defined.
- Coordinate internal teams across Production, Technical, and Creative to deliver projects efficiently.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, scheduling, and implementation of timelines.
- Oversee logistics including travel, accommodation, staffing, registration systems, and onsite requirements.
- Lead on venue sourcing, supplier coordination, and contracting where required.
- Support development of show content, run of show documents, and execution plans.
- Ensure all project information is stored correctly and follows internal processes and systems.
- Ensure all projects are delivered in line with Health and Safety requirements.
