Senior Account Manager
We are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join a highly regarded and luxury design-led interior brand in their London. The company are fast-expanding, with new showrooms opening worldwide, making this an exciting time to join and develop your career within the business.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with luxury interior design customers, re-engaging dormant accounts and converting prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on achieving and exceeding the sales order budget.
- Manage your sales pipeline, follow up open quotes to establish procurement and delivery timelines.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers, re-engaging dormant accounts and converting prospects.
- Face to face brand & product presentations and meetings with clients a minimum of three days a week at their studio’s or utilising our showroom.
- Research and actively seek opportunities within our target market that lead to more customers and sales orders.
- Continuous telephone communication keeping CTO Lighting front of mind, engaging with specifiers in luxury residential focused design studio’s.
- Recording key information in the CRM to manage your quote pipeline to ensure sales order conversion.
- Liaise with sales support executive on day-to-day customer communication, ensuring customer administrative tasks are completed.

Who Are You:
- At least five years-experience selling B2B within luxury or interior.
- Must be able to travel for client meetings, industry networking events and trade shows.
- Possess an excellent phone manner with the ability to build quick and engaging rapport.
- A confident and clear written communication.
- Take accountability for the development and conversion of your sales pipeline.
- A strong interest in the interior design market.
- You'll be proactive and driven (not afraid to get in front of clients and pick up the phone).

Please be aware this role will be working 5 days a week - initially at the Pimlico pop-up and then the Islington showroom. For the first 3 months of probation you'll be able expected to work 5 days a week in the office and once passed, you'll be able to work from home one day a week (depending on business needs). Working days/hours are Monday- Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm.
