Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Manager at Jack & Grace. The Senior Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring that communication strategies and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with client objectives. The role also involves:

  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to internal process improvements
  • Supporting new business efforts through proposals and pitches

The Senior Account Manager will be expected to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and uphold the company’s commitment to using communications as a force for good.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, client relationship management, and strategic communication within an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee multi-channel communications or marketing campaigns, including project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading and mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Comfort working in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Alignment with B Corp values, including commitment to social and environmental impact, ethical business practices, and responsible client partnerships.
  • Relevant experience in purpose-led communications, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or social impact sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
