📍 Lancashire office & Manchester client site | 🏡 Some home working | 🚀 Excellent progression opportunities
Looking for your next step in agency life, without the agency ego?
Some agencies talk a lot about culture. Others simply get on with building one.
Our client is a supportive, down-to-earth agency where talented people genuinely enjoy working together. There are no big egos or unnecessary internal politics — just a team that cares about delivering great work, building strong relationships and supporting each other along the way. They have long-standing client relationships, a collaborative culture and a genuine focus on doing things properly.
💡 The Role
This is a marketing role first and a digital role second.
You’ll become a key part of one of the agency’s longest-standing client partnerships, working closely with an experienced Account Director and developing a deep understanding of the client’s business. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders and gradually take on greater responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grow.
Your role will include:
- 🎯 Helping to lead integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery
- 💻 Supporting clients as they continue to develop and increase their use of digital channels
- 📧 Working across email campaigns, social media, websites, digital promotions and client platforms
- 🤝 Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- 💡 Contributing to campaign planning, strategic thinking and problem solving
- 📅 Managing projects and helping ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time
- 👥 Working closely with developers, project managers and senior stakeholders
- 🚀 Taking increasing ownership of a major client account as your experience develops

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

👋 About You
We’re looking for someone who sees themselves as a marketer first and digital specialist second. You’ll understand how effective campaigns come together, enjoy building strong client relationships and be confident taking ownership when opportunities arise. You’ll likely have several years’ experience within an agency or client-side marketing environment, but your attitude, capability and potential are more important than an exact number of years’ experience.
