💻 Role: Senior Account Manager (Maternity cover)

🎨 Team: Client Experience

⏰ Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (Hybrid vibes 🌍)

💷 Salary: Up to £60k per annum

📍 Location: UK-based - join us in the office once a week for creativity and connection

🕙 Working Hours: Our core hours are 10am–6pm, giving you space to work flexibly around your flow

Why This Role Exists (and Why It’s Awesome)

This role is all about building strong client partnerships, delivering exceptional experiences and driving account growth. You’ll take ownership of mid-to-high value accounts, acting as a trusted advisor while turning client ambitions into successful event strategies. From identifying new opportunities and leading pitches to overseeing delivery and commercial performance, you’ll have the autonomy to make an impact, grow accounts and create lasting client relationships.

Day-to-Day Magic:

  • Own client relationships and communication, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and long-term growth.
  • Turn client objectives into clear strategies and actionable plans, ensuring teams are aligned from brief through to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Event Delivery, Creative and Technical teams to deliver exceptional work on time, on budget and against agreed objectives.
  • Take ownership of budgets, profitability and forecasting, keeping a close eye on project scope, hours, risks and opportunities.
  • Lead client briefs, proposals and pitches, confidently presenting ideas and recommendations.
  • Keep projects running smoothly, coordinating internal teams and ensuring responsibilities and deadlines are clear.
  • Lead post-event debriefs and project wrap-ups, capturing learnings and identifying ways to continuously improve.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager or similar client-facing role, ideally within an events, experiential, creative or integrated agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and growing mid-to-high value client accounts, building strong senior stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted client partner.
  • Experience working with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical clients is highly desirable, with an understanding of the additional considerations, governance and attention to detail required when working within regulated industries.
  • Strong experience across the end-to-end event lifecycle, from receiving and interrogating briefs through strategy, proposal development and delivery to post-event evaluation.
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying and developing organic growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services within existing accounts.
  • Strong commercial experience, including budget management, forecasting, profitability and margin management.
  • Experience contributing to and presenting proposals and pitches, with the confidence to communicate ideas and recommendations directly to clients.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across creative, production, technical and event delivery teams, bringing together the right expertise to meet client objectives.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities simultaneously.
