About 16K Agency

16K Agency is a London-based digital creative agency specialising in Formula 1, motorsport and the brands that activate around it.

We create social-first content, campaigns and digital strategies for global brands, sponsors, teams and rights holders. From video and photography to integrated campaigns and digital experiences, our work captures attention, strengthens brands and delivers commercial value.

We are a fast-growing, ambitious team that values creativity, collaboration, ownership and high performance.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of major clients across motorsport, hospitality, fashion, entertainment and events.

You will lead client relationships and oversee creative, content and social projects from brief through to delivery, acting as the key link between clients and our Creative, Production, Social and Strategy teams.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced Account Manager ready to step up, or an established Senior Account Manager. You will be commercially minded, confident managing clients independently and comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Do

Client & Account Leadership

  • Own day-to-day relationships across assigned client accounts.
  • Build a strong understanding of each client's brand, objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Provide proactive communication, manage expectations and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and help maintain high standards of client service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
