Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager ready for a role where you can take real ownership?
This is an opportunity to join an award-winning creative agency working with global well known consumer brands. You'll sit within the Client Services team and work closely with Creative, Production, PR, Communications and other specialist teams. You'll manage important client relationships, deliver great work and help identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
What you'll be doing
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of clients. You'll get to know their businesses, understand their objectives and make sure the agency delivers work that meets their needs.
- Manage integrated campaigns from briefing through to delivery.
- Work closely with creative and production teams, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating feedback and keeping projects moving.
- Be comfortable working across multiple projects and channels at once, including campaigns involving high volumes of creative assets, digital content and multi-market delivery.
- Play an important role in account development.
- Spot opportunities for additional work, contribute to client strategy meetings and support proposals and pitches.
- Have a good understanding of the commercial side of client services, including scopes, estimates, budgets and account profitability.
- Support more junior members of the team, sharing your experience and helping them develop their client management skills.

What experience you'll need to apply
- Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager within a creative, integrated, marketing, communications or digital agency.
- Strong experience managing client relationships and delivering integrated campaigns.
- Experience working with creative, production and other specialist agency teams.
- Good commercial awareness across budgets, scopes, estimates and profitability.
- Experience identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to clients.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with well-known consumer brands would be advantageous.
