About Us

Steve Edge Design is an independent branding and digital agency with over 40 years' experience helping ambitious organisations define who they are, how they communicate and how they show up across every touchpoint.

From global hospitality brands and luxury developments to energy, professional services and technology businesses, we work with clients who are looking for thoughtful strategy, exceptional design and long-term creative partnerships.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, thrives on variety and wants to play an active role in shaping projects, winning new business and contributing to the agency's growth during their time with us.

As a small agency, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in every aspect of the business. Alongside managing client relationships and projects, you'll work closely with our strategy, creative and digital teams and contribute to new business throughout the contract.

Role

Working alongside our Client Services, Strategy, Creative and Digital teams, you'll help manage a portfolio of clients and support the delivery of branding and digital projects from initial brief through to launch.

Once you're familiar with our clients and ways of working, you'll take on increasing responsibility for managing projects, building trusted client relationships and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Help manage branding, digital and marketing projects from briefing through to delivery.

Personality is just as important as experience. We're looking for someone who's positive, passionate and driven, with plenty of initiative and a genuine enthusiasm for branding, design and digital.

You'll be comfortable dealing with clients, building relationships and leading meetings, but equally happy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into projects, proposals, pitches and the finer details.

You'll enjoy variety and won't mind jumping between different types of work. You'll be commercially minded, highly organised and quick thinking, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
