Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, for a Senior Account Manager of Partnerships & Licensing at Reg&Partners. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships, licensing, promotions and collaborations to deliver meaningful and impactful projects. This role involves working closely with clients, developing strategies, and ensuring successful project delivery. We work with some of the leading rights holders and partnership clients. The role is a sales role, with experience required of closing deals on or behalf of clients.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Developing partnership strategies
- Negotiating and managing licensing and sponsorship agreements
- Coordinating campaigns and activations
- Monitoring performance against commercial and brand objectives

The Senior Account Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, legal, and finance teams, ensuring that each partnership is well executed, compliant, and aligned with client expectations. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and reporting on results and insights to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Requirements
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Core understanding of the partnerships landscape and experience working with intellectual property (IP) in partnerships
- Experience in sales, partnership management and business development
- Project management and strategic planning skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles
- Excellent presentation and networking skills
- Agency or client side experience preferrable with minimum of 4 years experience
- Demonstrated experience in brand partnerships and licensing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
- Proficiency in account management and client relationship management, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and retain key clients.
- Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in strategic planning, proposal development, and campaign or activation management within a marketing or partnership environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
