Paid Media Team Lead

Location: London | Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

Company Overview

We are working with a fast-growing, highly regarded independent performance marketing agency specialising in ecommerce and D2C.

The agency partners with ambitious, high-growth brands across fashion, lifestyle, health and beauty, combining paid media, creative and automation to deliver measurable, scalable growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established performance team in a strategic leadership role, with responsibility for client strategy, team development and the opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio.

The Role

Lead strategy. Grow brands. Develop talent.

As Paid Media Team Lead, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, client leadership and team development. You’ll take ownership of high-performing paid media strategies for a portfolio of ecommerce brands while coaching and developing members of the wider team.

You’ll remain close to campaign performance while taking a broader strategic view of how paid media can drive sustainable and incremental growth for clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
