Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director – Marketing

12 MONTH FTC LONDON

📍 Hybrid: 1 day London | 1 day Essex | 3 days flexible

We’re looking for an experienced client services professional to join an established in-house integrated agency team supporting a leading brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Account Manager ready to step up, a Junior Account Director, or an Account Director seeking a hands-on role within a fast-paced automotive and dealer marketing environment.

You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, and eCRM, including always-on activity, vehicle launches, and dealer-led marketing programmes.

The role will involve:

  • Managing senior client and stakeholder relationships across brand, regional, and dealer teams
  • Turning briefs into clear campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Leading multiple integrated campaigns from briefing through to deployment
  • Coordinating internal specialists, external partners, and dealer-facing teams
  • Overseeing campaign uploads, quality assurance, legal approvals, and brand compliance
  • Managing project scope, purchase orders, invoicing, and commercial risks
  • Coaching and supporting Account Managers and Account Executives

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong client services experience gained within an agency or in-house agency environment
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and eCRM channels
  • Automotive, dealer network, or regulated-sector experience would be highly beneficial but is not essential
  • Excellent project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and experience overseeing campaign finances
  • Confidence leading client conversations and making delivery-focused decisions
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience supporting or managing junior team members

This role would suit someone who understands how to balance strong client relationships with excellent delivery, commercial awareness, and effective team leadership.

This role is a 12-month FTC at £300 per day inside IR35 and requires 1 day a week in Essex and 1 day in London.
