Hybrid working

Known for its broadcast-first approach and headline-grabbing campaigns, this award-winning agency works with an enviable portfolio of household-name brands and is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

They're looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager or Account Director who wants more than just another agency role. Someone who wants to help shape the future of the business, influence its direction and grow with them. If you're looking for a seat at the table rather than just a seat in the meeting, keep reading.

The Role

You'll lead a portfolio of major consumer brands, developing campaigns that land across national broadcast (TV & Radio) media. You'll be trusted to build client relationships, shape strategy and deliver outstanding work while playing a key role in the agency's continued growth. Working directly with the founder, you'll have genuine influence over new business, client growth and where the agency goes next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
