Job title: Senior Account Manager

Location: Bristol (BS1 4HX), Hybrid Working

Take the lead on some of our flagship UK client partnerships, shaping and delivering ambitious digital campaigns across paid search, social, display, and programmatic channels. You’ll own senior client relationships, guide strategy, develop junior team members and work alongside our Paid Media specialists, with genuine scope to make an impact in one of Hybrid’s most successful and fast-growing teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead relationships with key strategic clients
  • Shape paid media strategy across PPC, Paid Social and Display
  • Own campaign delivery, budgets and performance
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts
  • Lead client meetings and campaign reviews
  • Coach and develop junior team members
  • Support new business pitches

Required Experience:

  • Agency Account Management/Client Services experience
  • Strong understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social and Display
  • Experience managing large, strategic client accounts
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Confident presenting and advising on media strategy
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, commercial mindset
