The Role

You'll be the person who makes the company run without the founder. You own every client relationship and every deliverable, and you turn what clients need into clear briefs for our paid, creative and fulfilment teams. You make sure the processes we've built are followed, every time. That frees the CEO to focus on growth and lets the team focus on doing great work.

This is not a support role. You're the centre of the business: client-facing, commercially sharp, and the one who keeps the whole team moving at pace in the same direction.

What You'll Own

Client Relationships

  • Be the main point of contact for every client, from onboarding onwards
  • Run regular client reviews and the monthly performance call
  • Manage expectations and scope; handle change requests properly, not informally
  • Spot risks early, and lead the day-90 review where clients upgrade to the next package

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Own the delivery calendar: every deliverable on time, on scope, and to standard
  • Catch gaps weeks ahead, not days before a deadline

Team and Rhythm

  • Host the Monday stand-up and the weekly KPI and project review
  • Coordinate the heads of department and hold everyone to the agreed processes
  • Flag capacity early, so hiring happens before quality slips

Process and Reporting

  • Enforce our SOPs and improve them with the CEO as the business scales
  • Keep a live client health dashboard: delivery status, satisfaction and risk
  • Resolve issues yourself; only escalate the ones that truly need the founder
