Account/Senior Account Manager (12 month FTC) - £40k-£45k circa - London/Hybrid (2 days in the office)
We're hiring for a global social-first agency hiring an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to deliver social-first campaigns and manage a brand new client relationship, with a major tech brand. We're looking for experienced AM's and beyond, given the importance of the account you'll need to hit the ground running with social agency experience, ideally with tech client experience but not absolutely essential. This is an incredible opportunity to break into a leading social first and digital agency that are delivering exceptional work for brands across beauty, tech, wellness and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas and strategic solutions for client campaigns.
- Build strong client relationships and consistently exceed expectations.
- Understand client brands, audiences, and market landscapes.
- Lead the delivery of social media strategies across multiple accounts.
- Turn insights into effective campaign strategies and creative direction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Manage project briefs, timelines, budgets, and client communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Prepare project estimates, oversee billing, and ensure budget compliance.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements
- Experience in account management, client services, or project management.
- Proven success delivering digital and social campaigns.
- Experience managing multi-market campaigns.
- Previous team leadership or line management experience.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with strong budget management experience.
- Good understanding of social media and brand marketing.
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

This role would suit an experienced AM looking for more responsibility, or an experienced SAM looking to work with a new client wanting a high volume of work delivered and are confident enough to manage their expectations. We're looking for someone with integrated social experience, social-first/organic as the primary with paid, digital as a supporting skill (not absolutely essential).
