We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join ANS and help our SMB customers maximise the value of their technology investments while driving account growth.
This is a relationship-focused role where you'll manage a portfolio of customers, building trusted partnerships, delivering outstanding service, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions across cloud, security, data, digital workspace and managed services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of SMB customer accounts
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Driving account growth through consultative upselling and cross-selling
- Leading commercial reviews, service reviews and renewal conversations
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their business goals through technology
- Reducing customer churn by delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Working closely with internal technical, delivery and leadership teams

What We're Looking For
- Proven account management experience within technology or managed services
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation
- A track record of growing customer accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
- Commercially minded with a consultative sales approach
- Highly organised, self-motivated and customer-focused
- Passionate about technology and helping customers succeed
