Job Description
At Bond we design, build, and manage creative and innovative solutions for our clients, all with the goal of helping them build ever-stronger loyalty to their brands. We are committed to delivering exceptional solutions that align with our clients' customer engagement objectives, driving measurable impact and fostering long-term relationships. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Account Manager to support our Client Leads in managing the day-to-day relationships with clients, owning mid-to-large sized projects, and managing the delivery of work from Bond efficiently and on budget.
Location: UK (Bristol)
Job Requirements
- Experience of working at a similar level within a digital marketing agency is desirable for this role
- Strategically focused, with experience delivering large projects for clients
- Strong understanding of digital or performance marketing, and a desire to learn CRM principles are critical for this role
- An understanding of data-driven marketing would be advantageous, ideally with some understanding of CRM, although CRM experience is not essential
- A positive, proactive approach to work, colleagues and communication

Job Responsibilities
- Present mid-level project scope and budget proposals, project and status updates, and creative work to clients - demonstrating effective verbal communication skills whether in person or virtually, securing clients’ understanding, buy in and project approval
- Prepare mid-level client project scopes and budgets: identifying opportunities to deliver efficiency for the client; accurately estimating resource requirements within and outside Armadillo; costing to ensure profitability for Armadillo in line with our business targets
- Produce presentations, proposals, budgeted scopes of work, timing plans, reports and written client communications to a client-ready standard
- Report accurately on project health of all projects under their responsibility to senior CS team members when required
- Create and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time, recording invoicing in line with Armadillo’s invoicing process
- Support the development of strategic plans and responses to client briefs, demonstrating excellent understanding of client’s strategic requirements by providing valuable inputs, insights and feedback for the Strategy team
- Support the identification of opportunities to secure incremental projects and scope with clients, escalating opportunities, and supporting the preparation of business cases by providing insights and information to senior colleagues
- Manage the task and resource allocation for specific client projects - taking responsibility for coordinating client stakeholder input and Agency team members in all disciplines
- Support business development by participating in pitch teams as required
