Senior Account Manager - Paid Search & Social | Growing Digital Agency | Holborn, London

We're looking for a candidate with 4+ years' hands-on paid search & social experience - someone who moves at pace, embraces high-stakes work and thrives on owning decisions from strategy through to delivery.
What you'll do:
- Own strategy and delivery for a handful of mid-to-large-budget paid search and social accounts - end-to-end responsibility for budgets, audiences and creative testing
- Be the go-to for your clients: lead weekly calls, write sharp performance decks, drive strategic pivots, and keep them excited about what's coming next
- Make independent decisions to optimise performance in real time - you own the outcome
- Dive into the numbers: build and maintain reports, pull insights that move KPIs, present clear recommendations and troubleshoot tracking
- Build partnerships with platform reps to secure beta access and keep playbooks cutting-edge
- Spot pitch opportunities among existing clients or prospects and help shape how the agency scales

Who you are:
- At least 4+ years running paid search + social, with budget ownership on six- or seven-figure accounts
- Proven experience on Google Ads and Meta; Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and app install experience a plus
- Exceptionally organised - you juggle shifting priorities without dropping the ball
- A confident communicator who can own hard conversations and keep clients onside
- Comfortable in a small team - you roll up your sleeves and bring energy to every brainstorm
- Someone who thrives on autonomy, speed and fresh challenges
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides skills
