Our client is an award-winning integrated agency combining culture, audience intelligence, strategy and channel-agnostic marketing solutions, to drive their clients’ businesses forward.

Based in Central London, this is an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager with global cross-channel marketing experience to be the go-to account person leading partnerships across two big-budget FMCG brands. Cross-channel means cross-channel, so we’re looking for someone with experience across POS, Retail, ATL, Social, Digital, and Experiential channels to manage different internal workstreams, as well as work with their clients to strategically plan their role in culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • A Senior Account Manager who is a trusted partner for clients, bringing together people, priorities, and partners to deliver great work from brief to finish
  • A marketeer who can turn client objectives into clear partnership and campaign ideas
  • Writing clear, inspiring briefs and helping creative ideas stay connected to client goals
  • Creating clear scopes, estimates, and budgets – operating with accuracy as the work develops
  • Working with other teams including Insights, Creative, and Client Services, to share feedback, create great work, and turn results into learnings to improve recommendations and future activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
