WHO WE ARE

At Trustly, we're building a smarter, faster, and more secure financial future by revolutionizing the world of payments. As a global leader in Open Banking Payments, we are establishing Pay by Bank as the new standard at checkout, providing unparalleled freedom, speed, and ease to millions of consumers and merchants worldwide.

Our Ambition: To build the world’s most disruptive payment network and redefine what the payment experience should feel like.

Trustly is a global team of innovators, collaborators, and doers. If you are driven by a strong sense of purpose and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment, join us and be part of a team that’s transforming the way the world pays.

About the team

The Pay Account Management team at Trustly is responsible for driving growth, retention, and strategic partnerships across the company’s Pay portfolio – covering every sector outside Gaming and Financial Services. The team manages a diverse portfolio of leading public sector organisations, retailers, travel companies, and billers, supporting them across Trustly’s full product suite – from A2A payments to data and onboarding solutions – to deliver seamless, high-performance experiences for their customers.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Pay Account Management team. The role is focused primarily on the UK market, with responsibility for some pan-European accounts. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key strategic accounts.

You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, delivering best-in-class relationship management while identifying opportunities to expand revenue, increase product adoption, and deepen long-term partnerships.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of payments, fintech, and the sectors served by Pay – including public sector, retail, travel, and billers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
