We're working with a leading integrated digital marketing agency that is looking to add an experienced Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to its growing performance client service team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with nationally and internationally recognised brands, helping them deliver joined-up digital commerce strategies across multiple online channels.
You'll be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly while collaborating with specialists across Paid Media, Ecommerce, Retail Media, Social and Analytics.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as the main point of contact.
- Leading regular client meetings and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Supporting strategic planning and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Managing campaign timelines, budgets and invoicing.
- Producing and presenting performance reports with clear commercial recommendations.
- Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role within a digital, ecommerce, performance or integrated marketing agency.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and project management abilities, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A good understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Ecommerce, SEO, Analytics or Retail Media.
- A commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and identifying growth opportunities.
- Confidence presenting campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members would be advantageous.

Experience working with ecommerce brands, marketplaces or retail media is desirable but not essential.
