Shape One of the UK’s Leading Supermarket Accounts Within an Innovative Horticultural Business

Location: New Milton, Hampshire
Salary: £50,000–£65,000 + Benefits

About Our Client

Our client, Double H Nurseries, is one of the UK’s most respected and innovative horticultural businesses. From their state-of-the-art production facilities in the heart of the New Forest, they supply millions of premium indoor plants to many of the UK’s leading supermarket retailers, garden centres and online businesses.

Significant investment, a genuine commitment to sustainability and a passion for innovation continue to position Double H at the forefront of their sector.

As the business continues to evolve, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Key Account Manager to take ownership of one of the company’s most important retail partnerships.

The Opportunity

This isn’t simply another account management role.

You’ll become the commercial lead for one of Double H’s largest supermarket customers, taking responsibility for building relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery across every aspect of the account.

Working alongside experienced colleagues across Commercial, Operations, Production and New Product Development, you’ll help shape future ranges, drive profitable growth and play a genuine part in the continued success of one of the UK’s leading growers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
