The role
Working closely with other members of the client services team in partnership with Medical Writers and the Creative team, you will work on a variety of projects to ensure the successful and timely planning, development, and implementation of project deliverables to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in providing direction, support, and coaching to junior members of the client services team.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for specified clients
- Take full ownership for the day-to-day delivery of all assigned client projects
- Ensure effective communication of project briefs to the wider team
- Ensure all projects are on brief when delivered in line with the client's expectations
- Ensure the timely delivery of all projects
- Provide effective updates to the client on an ongoing basis throughout the project
- Manage all financial responsibilities as agreed to deliver the clients project on budget
- Work in partnership with the Account Director and senior leadership to develop client relationships
- Taking a leading role in the approval process and ensuring quality control
- Build an understanding of the required client brands and disease areas
- Support the relationship, and interact with key opinion leaders across the industry

- Proven experience in client account handling from a comms agency background with a focus on the pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook
