If you're a Senior Account Manager with a passion for premium drinks branding and packaging, this is a rare opportunity to join one of London's most respected independent branding and design studios.
As Senior AM, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio of luxury drinks and packaging brands, partnering with a talented creative team to deliver thoughtful, beautifully crafted work that makes an impact.
The Opportunity
As Senior Account Manager, you'll lead projects from brief to delivery, acting as the trusted partner for a portfolio of premium spirits and packaging clients. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while collaborating closely with strategists, designers, and production partners to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
You'll join a close-knit Client Services team, reporting to the Client Services Director, with the autonomy to manage your own accounts while helping identify opportunities for organic account growth. The initial portfolio includes premium whisky brands, luxury packaging projects, and one of the studio's flagship client accounts.

About You
You'll bring proven experience managing premium drinks and packaging brands within a branding or design agency. You'll be confident owning multiple projects end to end, building trusted client relationships and balancing creative ambition with commercial awareness.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys collaborating across disciplines, and thrives in a boutique studio where quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail matter.
What's In It for You
- £52,500 to £57,000
- Hybrid working, with studio days on Tuesday and Thursday
- Shoreditch studio
- 4.5-day working week, finishing at 1:30pm every Friday on full pay
