📢 Senior Account Manager | ProAV Technology
📍 West London / Surrey area | Hybrid
💰 £55,000–£70,000 basic + commission
I'm working with an established UK technology solutions provider looking to add a Senior Account Manager to its commercial team as the business continues to grow.
This would suit someone from the ProAV technology market who has experience selling software and technology-led solutions, ideally with an established network across corporate and/or education.
The role will combine management and development of an existing customer base with new business activity, identifying opportunities to introduce new technologies, services and support solutions.
You'll be working with customers to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solutions, supported by technical and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Developing new business across corporate, education and other technology-led environments
- Selling a combination of software, technology solutions and associated services
- Building relationships with customers, technology partners and vendors
- Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional solutions
- Managing your pipeline, forecasting and opportunities through CRM
- Representing the business at customer meetings, partner events and industry trade shows
We're particularly interested in people who can bring:
- A strong track record in ProAV, AV or related technology sales
- Experience selling software or integrated technology solutions rather than purely hardware
- Existing relationships across corporate and/or education customers
- Strong account management and business development skills
- The commercial ability to understand customer requirements and develop larger solution-led opportunities
- A proactive approach to developing both existing and new customer relationships

Experience within broadcast, media production or content creation technology would also be highly relevant, but isn't essential.
The role is hybrid, but you will need to be within a realistic commute of the West London / Surrey area for regular office and customer meetings.
