Senior Account Manager – Public Sector Enterprise Software

Public Sector | Enterprise Software | Strategic Accounts | London Hybrid

£Competitive + excellent benefits | 2 days per week in the office

We’re working with a global enterprise software company that provides mission-critical technology to major organisations across the public sector, government, transport and other highly regulated markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of three large, strategically important enterprise accounts and play a key role in growing some of the company’s most valuable customer relationships.

The Role

This is an 80% account management / 20% business development position, focused on protecting, developing and growing three major enterprise accounts.

You’ll build relationships with senior stakeholders across public-sector organisations, from operational and technical teams through to Director level, becoming a trusted commercial partner and identifying opportunities for significant upsell and cross-sell.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
