We’re working with an established creative agency looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its London client services team, working across retail environments, brand campaigns and major lifestyle and consumer clients.

This is a senior client-facing role where you’ll take real ownership of key accounts, building strong relationships, understanding the wider client business and ensuring projects are delivered creatively, commercially and efficiently.

You’ll oversee projects from initial brief and strategic conversations through to final delivery, working across retail spaces, in-store campaigns, physical brand experiences and wider integrated activity.

Alongside the day-to-day running of accounts, you’ll be expected to anticipate client needs, challenge briefs where appropriate, identify opportunities and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the relationship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re looking for someone with strong senior-level agency account management experience, ideally gained within retail environments, fashion, sportswear, lifestyle or consumer brands. You’ll need to be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders, commercially astute and comfortable taking ownership rather than simply managing a project schedule.

A calm head, strong communication skills and the ability to balance client relationships, creative ambition and commercial realities will be key.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and ambitious independent agency, taking a leading role across high-profile accounts with plenty of responsibility and opportunity to make an impact.
