Senior Account Manager / Sales — Freight & Logistics (Remote, UK)
We're working with a fast-growing, founder-led freight forwarder that's scaling quickly — from £1m revenue in year one, to a £3m target this year, with £6m targeted for next year. New client acquisition isn't the challenge for this business; capacity is. That's why they're hiring experienced, commercially mature sales professionals to manage growing accounts and build the solutions their clients need.
The Focus
- Road and Air Freight, with a growing specialism in cold chain / temperature-controlled logistics for food & beverage and pharma
- Managing and growing your own portfolio of accounts independently
- Building tailored freight solutions for clients rather than competing on price

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, ideally with road freight experience
- Cold chain / temperature-controlled freight experience highly desirable
- Air freight experience a plus
- A self-starter who can bring in and manage business independently, and thrives with autonomy
