About The Team
The Burson Sport & Entertainment team works with the biggest brands and sponsors in these exciting and evolving industries. Working with clients including adidas, Gillette, Spotify and Activision, the team uses its diverse expertise and experiences to create work that delivers fame, drives conversation, and earns its place in culture.
Whether it’s supporting London’s grassroots footballers with Rent-A-Pred, breaking the internet with Messi and a goat, partnering with Ian Wright to launch a new curriculum to teach Black History with Gillette, supporting Spotify to land it’s iconic annual Wrapped campaign, or getting media behind the latest Call of Duty launches – Burson is known across the industry for creative work that stands out.
More About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to join the adidas, Activision and Spotify accounts and bring fresh energy and thinking to the team, with a specific focus on best-in-class media expertise and insight and market management. The role will involve both direct media & creator relations, as well as global / EMEA hub responsibilities in planning and toolkit development. Football experience is preferred. The right candidate will bring media & creator insight, confidence in developing client relationships and strong organisational skills and attention to detail to a dynamic team that strives to create memorable earned work.

What You'll Do
- Being part of a driven and ambitious team
- Management of client relationships
- Provide media & creator insight with a deep interest in understanding the evolving media landscape
- Creating engaging assets and content for global and local storytelling
- Market liaison
- Supporting on strategic plans & striving for strong creative work
- Using data and insights to drive effective storytelling
- Supporting delivery of global and local events
Experience That Contributes To Success
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Proven track record in creating & activating impactful campaigns for big brands
- Strong media & creator landscape understanding (UK in particular) and strong media relations experience
- Strong client handling and leadership skills; from design to delivery of campaigns/projects
- Understanding how to land brands within UK football culture
- Proficient in preparing and managing budgets
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, particularly under pressure
- Strong written capabilities
- Global communications experience is a prerequisite for this role
