The opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to have a huge impact on the growth of the company. This role is central to our mission, and you’ll play a key part in the success of Kubrick and help drive the FS&I strategy going forward.

About Kubrick

Kubrick is a specialist Data, Cloud and AI consultancy helping organisations solve complex business problems and create measurable commercial value and ROI.

We work with some of the world's leading organisations to modernise data estates, accelerate cloud adoption, operationalise AI and build the capabilities required to sustain transformation.

Our approach combines deep technical expertise, strategic consulting and exceptional talent. Since 2016, we have created more than 3,000 Data and AI specialists by identifying exceptional individuals from diverse backgrounds and developing them into high-performing technology professionals.

We are trusted partners to leading technology providers including Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, AWS, Collibra and Anthropic.

Within Financial Services & Insurance, we work with organisations across Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance to address some of their most important strategic challenges, including:

  • Data modernisation and cloud transformation
  • AI and GenAI adoption
  • Operational efficiency and cost reduction
  • Risk, regulation and resilience
  • Customer and commercial transformation
  • Advanced analytics and decision intelligence
  • Building sustainable Data & AI capability

Our ambition is not simply to sell technology or consulting services. We help clients answer their most important business questions and turn Data and AI into measurable commercial outcomes.

What you'll be doing

The Senior Account Manager is a senior, quota-carrying commercial responsible for winning and growing strategic Financial Services & Insurance clients.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating in the boardroom, building relationships with senior executives and leading complex enterprise sales conversations around business transformation, Data, Cloud and AI.

You will be expected to originate new opportunities, win new logos, expand strategic accounts and develop long-term client relationships across complex organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will understand how to have two conversations simultaneously:

  • The business conversation: What is the organisation trying to achieve? What commercial, operational or strategic problem needs solving? What is the value of solving it?
  • The technology conversation: What Data, Cloud or AI capabilities are required to make that outcome possible?

You will be able to navigate both worlds and bring together business sponsors, technology leaders, procurement teams and delivery stakeholders around a compelling commercial proposition.

You will have significant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management or client partnering within Financial Services, Insurance or a closely related technology consulting environment.

You will have:

  • A proven track record of winning significant enterprise clients and complex consulting engagements.
  • Experience selling Data, AI, Cloud, Analytics or technology consulting services.
  • Demonstrable success acquiring new logos and expanding strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • A strong record of engaging senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to both business and technology buying centres.
  • Strong Financial Services and/or Insurance industry knowledge.
  • Experience managing significant annual revenue targets.
  • A consistent history of commercial overachievement.

Ideally, you will have experience working with major organisations across areas such as:

  • Banking
  • Capital Markets
  • Wealth & Asset Management
  • Insurance
  • Financial Services Technology
