Who You Are

The International Senior Account Manager has a wide range of responsibilities in driving the business forward leading key clients and managing direct reports. You will also work closely with the Client Strategy Director to deliver and monitor client business plans, forecast and day to day business tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clients with strategic approaches while managing client project requests and expectations and ensure plans and buys exceed client expectations, delivering Out of Home Excellence.
  • Proactivity in servicing clients and partners.
  • Have strong relationships with clients and partners alike to deliver enhanced OOH solutions for the client briefs and KPI’s across international markets.
  • Demonstrate an expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape.
  • UK OOH planning experience and/or Comms planning experience – working on clients that spend significantly in OOH.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
  • The ability and desire to learn new international markets and work with local teams across multiple regions.
  • Deliver the highest standard of client service levels.
  • Be pro-active and a team player with the ability to manage people and motivate them.
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to apply this within your work.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the client team to ensure they are effectively servicing clients and are proactively contributing to growing client and agency business.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the strategy & objectives of your main accounts.
  • Ensure you and your team are delivering on all elements of client service charters and general client servicing.
  • Resolve client/campaign issues as and when they arise alongside assisting/coaching your team in resolving their issues.
  • Work with Media Lead to set individual client KPIs and ensure they are met.
  • Deliver operational excellence as an individual and as part of the team, ensuring you and the team are following processes (with a view of evolving and enhancing).
  • Help to manage and host internal training sessions.
  • Participate in defining the requirements to enhance systems/tools and have responsibility for testing them when requested.
  • Work with the Management Team of to provide accurate client forecasts ensuring they are kept up to date with key changes to forecasted business.
  • Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Showcases best practice planning to the team and monitors quality of output.
  • Builds and holds excellent rapport and relationships with Media Owners.
  • Experienced at negotiating pricing and booking campaigns.
  • Demonstrating knowledgeable opinion on vendor news and activity.
  • Experienced in resolving challenging client issues and team issues.
  • Mentor to colleagues and people out of the business.
