Join RevWise, the fastest-growing performance marketing agency in the industry. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key client programmes and lead strategic initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
This high-impact, fully remote role can be based in the UK or Europe (working GMT hours). As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with global brands, shaping successful affiliate strategies at scale and line managing Account Executives to support team development.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as a key strategic partner for assigned client programmes, delivering clear affiliate expertise alongside the Account Director. You will drive performance through impactful client communication, sound financial management, and proactive publisher engagement.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Performance Analysis and Partner Engagement
- Oversee weekly and monthly performance reporting, providing insightful and vital commentary and resolving blockers quickly to optimise client results.
- Engage regularly with publishers to explore new growth opportunities and share insights across the wider Delivery team.
Relationship Management and Client Interaction
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with RevWise clients, assisting to achieve client retention satisfaction by demonstrating expertise and affiliate knowledge.
- Lead client meetings alongside Account Directors, overseeing performance reporting and communication to the client and ensuring follow-ups are actioned in a timely manner.
- Sharing key wins and leading programme development with clients directly in Slack channels, working to demonstrate RevWise’s value at all times.

Strategic Development and Execution
- Working alongside the senior team on each account to create and deploy affiliate marketing strategies that align with the client’s specific objectives.
- Assisting in the production of quarterly QBR reviews and strategic presentations, collating data and opportunities.
- Regular competitor research for your clients, alongside being up to date with relevant developments.
- Managing programme’s assigned budgets, working closely with the Account Director to produce informed forecasts based on the client’s agreed KPIs.
- Regularly providing the client with strategic recommendations based on experience and data.
Line Management
- Line manage Team Account Executives, supporting their training, growth, and day-to-day development.
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for candidates with 3+ years in affiliate marketing agency roles, with a track record of success leading client programs.

- Deep understanding of affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Webgains, etc.) and publisher ecosystems.
- Strong client management and communication skills, with confidence in presenting and advising senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and hands-on experience running affiliate campaigns.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
