Location: Quinton, Birmingham
Salary: £40 to £45k with OTE of 30k
You will be supporting and growing the assigned Customer base whilst delivering exceptional customer service, with the goal of becoming the trusted partner for all Communications, Connectivity, and IT needs.
Responsibilities
- Account Management of circa 400 customers
- Face to face and remote review meetings, opportunity seeking, and end-to-end sales process
- Work alongside Provisioning and Support teams across the business to orchestrate the smoothest and best customer experience possible.
- Ensure escalations are raised within the business at the appropriate time to ensure the swiftest possible resolution
- Full product portfolio knowledge to enable full solution selling ability
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM and utilize the required pipeline and quoting portals
- Hit monthly sales targets
