Senior Account Manager (Remote - UK)
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing customers. You'll build trusted relationships, drive renewals, identify new opportunities and help customers get the most value from our solutions.
This is a consultative role where you'll work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving retention and growth targets.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.
- Drive contract renewals and protect recurring revenue.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs.
- Lead regular account reviews and create account growth plans.
- Proactively manage customer risks and retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and account plans.
- Work collaboratively with delivery, support and sales teams to ensure customer success.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and webinars.

What We're Looking For
- You must have 5+ years in managing Enterprise customers in IT Sales.
- A proven track record of retaining and growing customer accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is desirable.

Nice to Have
- Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SaaS, enterprise software or managed services.
- Knowledge of industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Energy, Facilities Management or Transport.
