VCCP Roar

VCCP Roar is a fully integrated PR and marketing agency, with deep specialisms in consumer, technology, corporate reputation, and financial services. The agency brought together three specialist agencies with long heritage in their specialisms: Good Relations (consumer), Harvard (tech), and Teamspirit (financial services) into one fully integrated cross-sector business.

We are disruptors of influence, on a relentless mission to challenge the norm to stay ahead of how influence is earned - and created. We're a 150-person powerhouse and from synthetic audience tools and proprietary AI technology, to thumb-stopping creativity, we are obsessed with being at the forefront of what's next.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Financial Services team in Roar. Reporting to the Account Director, you would be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and delivery of a broad range of integrated communications projects on behalf of our clients.

We are looking for an ambitious and highly organised individual who is articulate, curious, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment across a range of projects. We're looking for someone who is a natural self-starter; it is also important that you can work as part of a team across a range of disciplines.

This is an opportunity to work with our Financial clients, understanding their business and their needs, relishing getting under the skin of their briefs, and you working to the highest standards to deliver for them.

Duties and Responsibilities

The FS part of VCCP Roar is an award-winning specialist, full-service agency for financial and professional services. We are passionate about transforming financial services and turn the complex into the compelling to create deeper, more meaningful relationships between brands and their audiences. Our specialists are all focused on one thing and one thing only - creating brilliant and effective communications for clients.

  • Social: strong teams, working together
  • Curious: questioning and learning
  • Open: minds, better ideas, and relationships
  • Responsible: a force for good
  • Entrepreneurial: in everything
  • Expert: passionate about being a specialist

Role Specific Skills Required

Our clients would expect you to:

  • Have an understanding of their brand, their business, and the products that they market
  • Build and maintain high standards of executional work to ensure VCCP Roar delivers the best solutions to them and makes a significant contribution to their business
  • Proactively manage projects efficiently, to agreed budgets and timings
  • Have or build a good working rapport with key client contacts and other agencies that the client works with
  • Challenge them and push the boundaries with regards to creativity and innovation
  • Be positive at all times, and help them to find solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
