Location: London (hybrid schedule)
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll strengthen and grow relationships with our existing clients while unlocking upsell opportunities with our industry-leading fraud prevention solutions. Your expertise and drive will help businesses optimise their fraud management strategies through SEON’s innovative technology.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver against a sales quota by cultivating renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within an assigned customer portfolio
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess client needs, track satisfaction, and align on measurable success metrics
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine offerings based on client feedback and market trends
- Support onboarding, training, and product adoption to ensure clients maximise the value of SEON solutions
- Monitor competitor trends and market shifts to provide actionable strategic recommendations tailored to client roadmaps
- Create and deliver data-driven presentations for internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating ROI, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Drive long-term retention by proactively managing client feedback and championing the customer voice across SEON

Requirements
- Proven success in an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or equivalent B2B SaaS role
- Experience managing relationships for fraud, risk, security, or compliance solutions preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong grasp of account management, customer lifecycle, and renewal processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams
- Experience using CRM platforms and account management tools to track performance and forecast business outcomes
- Curiosity and analytical thinking to translate client needs into tailored solutions
- Proactive problem solver with a commitment to continuous learning
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, or team gatherings when required
