The role
The Senior Account Manager position within our Production Team is a key role within our Client Delight pillar, responsible for a large part of one of our largest FMCG accounts. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, taking complete commercial ownership of client workstreams with budgets exceeding £1 million. In this role, you will lead the partnership with some of our key client stakeholders, driving the adoption of our automated quality tools to keep projects running seamlessly. You will combine technical expertise & understanding with commercial acumen to foster long-term relationships, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver exceptional brand execution.

- Leading and inspiring our account Client Delight team to deliver a seamless Design-to-Shelf experience for our partners
- Managing the commercial health of the strategic FMCG accounts, tracking budgets exceeding and driving organic growth
- Partnering with the Transformation team to embed new workflows, intelligent technology and automation modules across client teams
- Acting as a senior escalation point, resolving complex challenges with straight-talk and clear communication
- Driving operational performance to achieve On Time Delivery and External Right First Time targets
- Collaborating with our Design and Deliver pillars to turn our strategic vision into technically precise production outputs
- Delivering high-level board-ready reporting on metrics, team performance and account growth plans
About you

To Be An Ideal Candidate, You Will Need
- Deep understanding of production, artwork reprographics, prepress processes and print feasibility
- Strong leadership experience managing client service teams and driving commercial account growth
- Substantial exposure to global FMCG brand owners and the global retail landscape
- Proven track record of commercial budget ownership, managing forecasts and delivering organic growth on strategic accounts
- Expertise in adaptation, packaging execution across Packaging, Point of Sale and the Digital Shelf
- Understanding of how AI and automated technology are revolutionising the Design-to-Shelf process
- Clear, confident communication skills capable of leading conversations at board level
