The Role

As Senior Account Manager, you will take full commercial ownership of a substantial portfolio of financial services clients. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving retention, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and managing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across the investment community. This is a high-impact role with a real opportunity to shape the post-sales function and make your mark at a business that is scaling quickly.

  • Own and grow a significant book of business – driving retention, managing renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders, including investment professionals at C-suite and partner level
  • Deliver regular business reviews and consultative conversations that demonstrate platform value and surface commercial opportunities
  • Execute a full 360° account management motion across upsell, cross-sell and renewals with an attractive, uncapped commission structure
  • Leverage AI and data tools to manage a large account portfolio efficiently and prioritise revenue opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of scalable account management processes and best practices

The Candidate

You will have 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management with a demonstrable track record of hitting quota and managing accounts at meaningful contract values. Experience at a startup or scale-up is strongly preferred, along with the ability to operate independently and build relationships at a senior level. A background in or exposure to financial services clients is an advantage.

  • 2–5 years in B2B SaaS Account Management with ownership of retention and upsell targets
  • Proven track record managing a high volume of accounts with strong ACV
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage scale-up environment (up to Series B)
  • Polished communicator with the confidence to engage senior professionals
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, ownership mindset
  • Comfortable using AI tools to drive productivity and prioritisation
  • Based in London and able to work from the office on a full-time basis

The Package

On offer is a base salary of £80,000–£100,000 with an OTE in the range of £125,000–£150,000 for strong performers, structured through an uncapped commission model. The business is profitable and growing, with a collaborative and high-performing culture. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
