M&C Saatchi UK is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team.

We need people who can hit the ground running immediately.

We work with a diverse portfolio of clients - spanning commercial brands, government campaigns, and not-for-profit organisations - in the UK and globally. Whether you’ve delivered social-first campaigns, worked on brand activations, or managed integrated comms, you’ll find plenty here to sink your teeth into.

If you’re enthusiastic, organised, creatively driven, and ready to make an impact fast - we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Bring energy and passion to every client conversation. Be curious about their client's business and passionate about creative solutions.
  • Maintain the brilliant basics of account management – contact reports, status reports, finances, audit trails etc. - at all times.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team, quickly building strong relationships internally, with clients and external partners
  • Quickly establish a clear understanding and accountability for what needs to happen when and by whom, and use that to drive projects forward.
  • Think ahead, foresee challenges and work out how to mitigate
  • Problem solve, maintaining a positive can do approach at times of pressure.
  • Manage campaign development and production with minimal oversight (expectations will vary according to level)
  • Leverage critical thinking skills to navigate feedback from clients and engage in critical discussion where needed to ensure the best quality of work
  • Motivate and manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver the items for which they are accountable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
