Senior Account Manager/Account Director – Affiliate Marketing

Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote Flexible)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits

About Us

We’re a specialist affiliate marketing agency delivering performance-driven growth for brands across a range of sectors over the last 11 years. As a growing, ambitious agency, we combine deep affiliate program management expertise with a highly personalised approach, helping our clients build profitable partnerships and achieve commercial success year on year.

We're now looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager/Account Director to join our team primarily working on 2-4 key client accounts, driving strategic growth, and to play an important role in the continued development of our agency.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing one of our biggest accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong commercial performance. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing strategic recommendations and insight that drive revenue growth while building long-term partnerships.

You’ll work as part of our remote team of Account Managers and Directors, working alongside a small team of Account Executives to assist you in ensuring client campaigns are executed in line with strategic plans that you develop with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead relationships with a small portfolio of key affiliate marketing clients.
  • Develop and deliver strategic quarterly affiliate marketing plans aligned with client business objectives.
  • Consistently identify growth opportunities across publisher partnerships, networks, and new market opportunities.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage client retention, satisfaction, and commercial growth.
  • Work closely with affiliate networks, publishers, technology partners, and influencers to maximise programme performance.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring best practice and operational excellence across accounts.
  • Analyse and interpret performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Support new business initiatives, including pitches, proposals, and prospect meetings when required.
  • Mentor and develop Account Managers and Executives, fostering a high-performing team culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
