Senior Account Manager/Account Director - AI SaaS
Remote (London-based, client travel required)
Salary: up to £65k plus £10k bonus

With a strong client base, consistent growth, and a team of around 50 people, this is a business with real substance behind it. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team and help drive customer success, growth, and retention.
This isn't a new business role - it's about owning a portfolio of clients, understanding their challenges deeply, and becoming a trusted partner that consistently delivers value.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of accounts across a range of industries
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and becoming their go-to person
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and driving renewals
- Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams
- Delivering performance insights and reporting that demonstrate ROI
- Owning the full commercial cycle including billing and contract management

What we're looking for:
- A proven background in account management, ideally within SaaS or tech
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically about client growth
- Confident presenter, comfortable engaging at senior and C-suite level
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A growth mindset and genuine curiosity
