Senior Account Manager or Account Director - Shopper Marketing - London - 48-55k
3 days a week in the London office
A boutique creative agency based in London is looking for an Account Director to join their team working for clients across various sectors.
This is a significant opportunity for the right candidate to gain multi-channel and multi-brand experience, and to truly own their projects and client relationships.
Projects could include shopper marketing, travel retail activation, social media, digital marketing, toolkits, on and off trade, as well as e-commerce.
For the Role of Senior Account Manager/Account Director
- Amazing attention to detail – from picking out what clients are actually looking for in their briefs, to crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s in design & artwork checks.
- A strong multi-tasker being comfortable & able to jump into shopper campaigns to financial, all while keeping clear, coherent project plans, timings & action lists.
- Best approach in communications, attitude, and organization.

The Role of Senior Account Manager
You will be doing the role of a shopper marketing Senior Account Manager.
- You need to be able to handle a high volume of projects, so good project management skills are key, as is a calm and steady attitude.
- The job requires flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Responsibilities
- Developing great relationships with key clients, our suppliers, and freelance family.
- Managing creative briefs and amends through the studio, requiring great organization and attention to detail.
- Compiling formal campaign budgets for clients, obtaining cost estimates, and raising purchase orders.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to brief.
- Responsibility for the accuracy of contact reports, timing plans, activity reports, and approvals.
- Carry out comprehensive competitor reviews and research the latest trends in the industry.
