The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team supporting the Accor Vacation Club Middle East VOI Developer business. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting strategic business decisions through forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA-qualified accountant with multinational experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with international stakeholders and complex accounting requirements.
How You'll Shine
As our Senior Accountant, you will:
- Lead monthly financial close activities and US GAAP ledger reporting
- Prepare accurate financial records while meeting strict global reporting deadlines
- Support Middle East statutory reporting and taxation requirements
- Manage inventory accounting and resort acquisition/development accounting activities
- Oversee capital expenditure tracking and developer spend management
- Prepare cash flow reporting and support cash flow management initiatives
- Maintain strong balance sheet controls, reconciliations, and financial integrity
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Provide financial modelling, reporting, and analysis to support business performance
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, driving process improvements where required
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regional/global finance teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- CPA qualification (required)
- Extensive accounting experience gained within a multinational corporate environment, hospitality industry, public practice, or combination of these
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting controls
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet tight deadlines
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for process optimisation
Highly Regarded
- Experience supporting Middle East accounting operations
- Exposure to statutory reporting and taxation requirements in the Middle East
- Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Fusion
