Senior Accountant | Southend, Essex | Up to £45,000
Full time | Hybrid & flexible working | 31 days’ leave | Client Manager progression

A Clear Route to Client Manager
This is a production focused role with structured progression. You’ll work closely with Managers while gradually taking on more responsibility for reviewing work, supporting junior colleagues and communicating with clients.
This will give you:
- A clear pathway from Accounts Senior into Client Manager
- Close support from experienced Managers
- More responsibility for client queries and communication
- Experience reviewing work and developing junior staff
A Typical Day
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a range of clients
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns
- Supporting Managers with the delivery of client work
- Reviewing work prepared by junior colleagues
- Handling client queries and day-to-day communication
