About us

Lexarox Accounts is a growing London practice for small and medium-sized businesses, part of a group that also covers payroll and legal services. Our clients are mainly in transport, delivery, construction, e-commerce, consultancy, and hospitality.

We are a small team, so you will deal with your clients directly and have direct access to the directors. The practice is expanding and the role will expand with it.

The role

You will run a set of client assignments from bookkeeping through to filing, dealing with the clients directly.

  • Bookkeeping and processing client records
  • Year-end adjustments and journals
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Annual accounts and corporation tax returns
  • Quarterly management reports and client review meetings, mainly by video call, occasionally at our office
  • Chasing records and keeping deadlines on track
  • Business and tax advice within our supervision framework
  • Keeping the practice management system up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
