Senior Accountant

Description
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes effectively.
- Oversee general ledger operations and reconcile accounts as required.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary filings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Profile
A Successful Senior Accountant Should Have
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems.
- A relevant accounting qualification or degree in a related field.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
