TPF Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established, long-standing accountancy firm in their search for an Experienced Accountant to join their Horsham office. With decades of experience supporting small and medium-sized businesses, this firm offers a wide range of professional services, including bookkeeping, financial accounting, tax planning, compliance, company incorporation, and advisory work.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced accountant. You will be responsible for:
- Managing financial records and preparing financial statements
- Preparing tax returns and providing tax planning and compliance services
- Assisting with company incorporation and formation
- Supporting business restructuring and recovery advice
- Conducting internal audits
- Maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- ACA, ACCA or similar professional qualification desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of tax planning and compliance
- Skills in company incorporation and formation
- Experience in corporate recovery and advisory services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
